Recently, owners decided to demolish the old barn style building and construct a new plaza. 4 Site,LLC.'s landscape architectural team was proud to work TJB Engineering and the Newport Collaborative on this project and provide site plan submittal drawings related to the landscape design. Our team created this 3D visualization of project improvements to help them sell the new spaces to potential occupants. In addition, 4 Site, LLC. had the opportunity to install the first phase of landscape improvements to the site whick included planting of numerous trees, transplanting 11 huge arborvitaes, grading, and hydroseeing the site. A special thanks goes to Mr. Seth Shapiro for providing us with this project opportunity.
